A little bit authentic a little bit….,

My mother is an amazing cook, I may be a little biased but that’s ok who isn’t. Unfortunately, I did not acquire any of her skills in that department. I generally cook with a recipe card otherwise things don’t exactly pan out. And even then, sometimes food doesn’t pan out as planned…lol. This is why I have asked my mom to allow me to not only write down her recipes but also have snippets of video of her recipes so that I may get as close as possible to recreating her amazing food. I’ll also throw in a few of my personal favorites that I’ve discovered down the road.
